The “Lucky Lady”

Michael Bryan talks about his art and creating magnificent flying machines (painting of planes) out aluminum that make you believe they can fly as well as the exciting process of recreating a new edition using an old press and old master techniques.

This imagery of a WWII B25 Bomber, it’s not about aviation art, it’s about power, on a bomb run, a beautiful girl that says right up front what it is, “she is the Lucky Lady.”

Michael Bryan says, “The question is how do I communicate this particular piece, this particular type of art, and this particular medium on to a different one?” A different softer hand made paper and handmade plates.
